Contact SolarPanelMatch
To request a solar installer, use the form on the home page. This page is for questions, corrections to our guides, privacy requests and installers who want to receive requests.
What to write to us about
A fee, rule or date that's wrong: name the page and the figure or rule that's off, and tell us what you saw instead. A link to the statute, the agency page or the utility's tariff is the quickest way to get it checked, and if you turn out to be right, the page gets fixed and the correction goes in the log on the editorial policy page.
A privacy request: if you want to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write from the email address or phone number that went on your solar request, so we can find it. To stop us sharing your details, use the Do Not Sell or Share page.
A solar installer: if you'd like requests sent your way, the partner page explains how.
A problem with an installer: we can't settle it for you, since the agreement is between you and the installer and we're not part of it. Your state's contractor licensing board and your state attorney general's consumer office are the places to take a complaint about a contractor or a sales pitch.
How to reach us
Use the form below, or email support@solarpanelmatchusa.com if you'd rather write directly. Mailing address (privacy service): 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958. We don't take solar requests by email, and we can't send an installer from this page.
Thank you
That's sent. Someone here reads every message, and you'll hear back when a reply would help.
